Shounter Valley located in Upper Neelum Valley, Azad Kashmir, Pakistan. From Shounter valley, one can cross the Shounter Pass to go in Astore at Rattoo. May to August is the best time to go to that place. It can be gain access to through a jeep track from Kel which only gets opened for a few months of the year.
